Easy Vape

I was due to go on holiday and decided to get a vaporizer so I could enjoy a bit of tobacco on my break, I left it a bit late so I contacted these guys and they assured me I'd get in time before I leave - so I paid it online and hoped it get there in time. It didn't arrive on time and I had to leave without it, I wasn't too disappointed with that, but when I got home from holiday I find the vape that they sent me was not the one I ordered and discussed prior to purchase. The one they sent me was a crappy cheaper model that I really didn't want. I tried emailing with no replies and when I went on live chat they end the session on me.Take my advice there are way better kiwi online stores that are solid and professional, the only reason I used these guys was they promised me delivery in the short time I needed.Best go elsewhere as I basically got scammed when they sent me the wrong cheaper model.

Terrible outfit.

I made an order through this company early December. Full payment was made but I never received a tracking number. It is now weeks later and I still have not received my package. I contacted Easy Vape multiple times by email (they have no phone number) but have had no reply. Terrible service & possible scammer.
