Booked a family holiday for four with ease. Outstanding customer service, Karen listens, goes well beyond and works out what would work best for your situation. Answers any questions or concerns. Can’t recommend this branch of H.O.T enough. The whole process has being completed over email or phone and could not be happier.

Booked me on the least flexible flights (even though I specified the importance of flexibility), and then left me to sort out the fallout on my own as they were unable to. Would not recommend - much easier to sort out flights on your own.

Great Service from the moment you walk in. Friendly greeting from the receptionist then seated with an agent Emma. Who has not only taken the hassles out of my travel plans at a moment's notice on a few occasions and got me to where I needed to be. Highly recommend and so thankful they are there. Keep up the great service.
