lovely lady in the reception, when i walked in today, she was really friendly and welcoming.First time to send my jacket to this store and I was really surprise with the service and environment.Fancy fragrance smells when you walk in and you will look forward to seeing the result.Highly recommended

I would have to live a very long time indeed to find anything wrong with the service here - and even then I'd be unlikely to. In a word the service and the quality of the work is excellent and that comment applies also to the very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I am a very satisfied customer.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This drycleaner ruined $800 worth of my dresses and have refused to take any responsibility apart from refunding the cleaning fee. Great, but who is going to replace the dresses that are now unwearable????EDIT after owners response. Neither of the two items ruined are 6 years old. In fact one was brand new, worn once and this was the first time it was cleaned.
