I booked my car in & dealt with Nigel who was so helpful. He got me in straight away and fixed my engine problems. He explained everything to me & even showed me the part that was at fault that he replaced. Would totally recommend. Fairly priced too. 5 star!

It is rare for me to be completely blown away by good service, but if I could give these guys 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough. I drove away, not only gobsmacked by their thoughtfulness and kindness, but also wondering how I could pass it on, it was so amazing. It turns out there are good people in the world, and some of them work at Midas, Whangarei. Thank you very very very much. (They were also, incidentally, really quick and really good value.)

Got a booking very promptly (AA booked out till Sept!) for my sons car. They did the oil change as booked and replaced a broken light free of charge. Also gave my son advice about one of his tires. great considerate service.

No oil change should cost $233. I usually change my own oil, which usually comes out to $70 (oil and filter costs) but I didn’t have anywhere to do it. Good service but it’s damn near robbery.

Polite customer service, job done quickly, there was no lengthy waiting time to take the car in, the price was reasonable and the grease mess from my burst CV boots had been cleaned for me. They also made me aware of my low engine oil. Very satisfied with Midas.

I had an extremely positive and efficient experience with these guys. I am a backpacker from the USA and I have noticed that mechanics tend to take advantage of travelers. These guys were extremely, professional, friendly and punctual. After they looked at my van I got extremely helpful advice from the mechanic on how to proceed with repairs in my circumstance. They gave me cost estimates and told me what was worth fixing since I am only going to own the van for a short time. All in all these are stand up guys and I would highly recommend a visit if you need a mechanic.
