Great staff, very knowledgeable and went to the ends of the earth to find which stores had what stock,. I have purchased in-store and online. Very impressed.

I bought a pair of sleeping bags on special but one of them started to undo the seams after a couple of times using it. I took back to store and they offered me a new one or a discount to keep it and fix it myself. I got the discount and end up getting a bargain. I liked them.

Love this store. For those of us who don't chase big labels with big price tags, this is the perfect compromise!I would have given 5 stars but for one reason...The girl who served my son and I was sweet and charming with the right attitude, but she hadn't had the training that would enable her to answer my questions.When an online survey appeared in my inbox, I answered honestly about my experience and the failure to have my questions answered.This led to the parent company in UK to reach out and ask what my questions were.We purchased a 3in1 jacket that proudly stated it was made from recycled materials...I wished to know more about the process. The girl who served us didn't know and either UK didn't know or weren't prepared to share!Just because something is recycled, doesn't mean it's process is best practice for the planet. My question was how are the dyes stripped from the fabrics being recycled, what happens to those chemicals once the colour has been stripped away?I would have given maybe half a star off to the girl who served me, as I said she was sweet and had a great attitude, but mountain warehouse I think if you are going to boldly state as the MAIN FEATURE AND SELLING POINT OF A PRODUCT that it is made from recycled materials, then you need to be up front about whether processes used are ethical, after all as per photo, there is no name of the jacket on the neck tag, just the name MTN warehouse and made of recycled materials

Omg what a great store we got hiking shoes and this backpack bike gloves staff very helpful and the prices so good.

Bought two pairs of shoes here on sale.Unfortunately the cheaper pair had a bit of a manufacturing issue so I returned them. I spent probably all of 2 minutes at the counter returning them, and the worker there was very friendly and helpful. Very painless and easy. The other pair is holding up very well and they are very comfortable.

Friendly , helpful staff. Great range at affordable prices. Not the best gear for extreme use but good quality for family excursions and general use.
