Very unreliable company. Never open when they advertise and then lie to insurance company they contract to saying they are in office and answering phone.....shame on you! Just another company advertising service and communication when they clearly have no integrity

I recently had an issue with my Apple laptop, and was able to get it repaired through insurance. The repair was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to answer any questions I had about the repair process. I would highly recommend this company for any electronics repair needs! Five stars!

After sending my phone in for repair over 6 weeks ago I am still waiting for the repair. The frustration isn't so much the delay but that I'm not being given updates until I contact them. The updates I'm given about expected time frames haven't been accurate and I'm still waiting and have no idea what the current situation is despite requesting that I'm just kept in the loop. A very poor customer service and I would have put up with my cracked screen had I have known I'd be waiting 6+ weeks and counting ....

Terrible communication have had my phone for over 2 and a half months. Have emailed x 3 saying the same thing. When you email back you get no response. When you phone your told your rude because, once again your told the same thing with no interactions of how they are going to rectify the issues. I would not have them fix a toy phone.

I recently took my Lenovo laptop to this amazing repair shop. The service was top-notch and the repair was completed quickly. They were friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my laptop was fixed correctly. I'm so glad I chose them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs for their Lenovo laptop.

It’s been great to join IC as they provide lots of resources from which we can gain knowledge. Tutors are very helpful as we get response straight away. IC is online program so we can join from anywhere and I recommend anyone to join IC
