Its great if your a tradie but if your doing diy makesure you know what you want or the staff are just plain rude and not intrested at all in helping you, my experiance is they just dont want to help they just want to supply products, if your not sure what you need go somewhere else get the information and then go back.

Usually friendly and efficient service..good product and range choice too...if you want cheap deals, shop elsewhere but if you want to stay local, it's a good place to shop.

My husband bought a 10mm Plywood but delivered us the 7mm. He went back the next day to exchange it into 10mm ( as what he wanted) but then delivered again the same 7mm. (Duhh!) So I went this morning to complain about the 2x mistakes they did and ask for the 10mm AGAIN! Then they told me there is no 10mm on the options but only 9mm and 12mm. (How come they havent told us at first???) it was causing us inconvenience plus they told me as well that it is impossible for them to deliver it today, tomorrow but has to be friday or monday. And that fat old guy in the reception ( at the Timber shop) was very ARROGANT and RUDE! He even told me he “doesnt care” of the inconvenience they caused! So much for a customer service old man!
