I got my Prado fixed through Shields Bros, from an insurance claim by the previous owner. The communication was good, courtesy car neat and tidy, and the work carried out was to a high standard. They even threw in some touch up paint for the bumper. Chur team

my car got in an accident so replacing rear bumper - very friendly staff, extra help given, very good communication (this is extremely comforting as i do not like my phone calls unanswered or got into lengthy automatic directory). I was told when the car would be ready for pick-up and they delivered what they promised. They also managed to provide a loan car to me.
