wow!I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Aaron a few weeks ago-he saved our family holiday!He went out of his way to help us sort out our boat issues ,which enabled us to get on with our boating holiday.Very professional, very helpful-only wish i could give him more stars!!

I had a small issue with the servicing of my boat, which turned out to be a reasonably significant issue to subsequently repair as the boat was in Auckland by that stage. Telfer Marine were exceptional. They arranged for someone to deal with it, got it repaired promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Telfer Marine. Good people with good values.

I've been a loyal customer of Telfer Marine Rotorua for years, and they've always provided high-quality parts and accessories, excellent communication, and competitive pricing.Recently, I purchased a brand new boat that was delayed during the manufacturing process and arrived a week before Christmas - the worst possible time of the year.I needed some fit-out work completed as soon as possible, and unfortunately, Telfer Marine Rotorua was fully booked. So, I had to turn to another shop at Lake Okaraka.However, the workmanship from the other shop was not up to par, and the other shop at Lake Okaraka lacked integrity and honesty, which was a huge disappointment when the install turned pear shaped and faults developed. I needed to find someone to fix the issues, and that's when I turned back to Telfer Marine Rotorua. They were able to fit me in despite their high demand, and they provided excellent communication, workmanship and competitive pricing for the high-quality parts, accessories and fitment. The team's knowledge, friendliness, integrity, and honesty exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Telfer Marine Rotorua for all your boating needs in Rotorua.

Aaron and Tony and the team at Telfer Marine have looked after every aspect of boat care for my various boats over the last 23 years, and always provided exceptional service and professionalism at what I feel are probably reasonable prices. In the event of a breakdown, they have come out at a moments notice to get me going again. Just great service!
