Two had the best google reviews so I actually hoped to go with them but Jeff at Classic Stainless Steel got back to me the fastest, the friendliest and with one of the best prices. Went to check out their factory and see their work and you could see how professional and awesome their team is. John came to measure it up and gave me fantastic tips and lots of advice. I dilly dallied with the specs for ages while we chose tiles and they were super patient and awesome and got the job done when we were finally ready with no fuss. The finished product is so beautiful, I'll be making meals on the kitchen floor to preserve them. Thanks guys!

i contacted c/s before christmas 2019 to do four jobs in my house. by end january i had heard nothing - on 28.1.20 i contacted one of the owners who said i would have my quote by 29.1.20. on 31.1.20 i phoned them again to ask where my quote was. i was told that c/s would have problems finding an installer to install the shelves i wanted. i suggested it might have been appropriate for c/s to ring me and let me know that there were installation problems so something else could be sorted. The owner got angry and told me that i would be better it i went elsewhere to get the work done!!!! not good! C/S will probably say it was all my fault ... they have just lost one precious customer. how hard would it have been to pick up the phone and tell me there might have been installation problems.

I got a quote back from John within a day of contacting him, his pricing was great and after getting the run around from someone else who was recommended to me I decided to take a punt on John having never used him before. Are they any good? I couldn't tell you as despite calling to ask for a quote I never heard back, at all. So pretty hard to recommend these guys or consider wasting time contacting them again.

As a plumber, I ordered a custom shower tray from Classic Stainless for a client. The product quality was outstanding, and the staff was professional and attentive. I look forward to using them again for future projects. Highly recommended!

These guys are the best. You normally only hear about a company when someone has a bad experience but our experience with Classic was nothing short of exceptional.
