Top notch! Communication and organization was excellent (even under Alert Level3). Didn't need a loan car, but was good to know it was an option. They managed to source a part for me very quickly. These guys are absolutely fantastic! Our car was broken into and door/window was damaged. Offered a nice wee loan car for the time that our car was being repaired. Very friendly, regular contact regarding the progress of the repairs or any hold ups due to freight. When I picked up the car, there was nice notepad, pen, and business card left on our passenger seat as a thank you for our custom. Top notch people. Need to open up a shop out here in Rolleston! Professional and trouble-free insurance claim. Good communication throughout and a courtesy car provided. Repairs were to a high standard and the car was received back nice and clean inside and out.

What a nice experience. Recommended by our mechanic but these guys were friendly and great service. Still waiting for my quote but will also feed back on that and any work I have done from it. We'll worth a visit though at this stage.

Wendy in reception is the most unprofessional customer service rep I've come across. She verbally abused me and my partner when asked why I was contacted saying it was ready when it clearly wasn't ready. When questioned I was called an idiot for not knowing that noon doesn't fall under the category of this afternoon. Justin and Jason are great, work was top quality. But Wendys service has made me not want to use or recommend them for repairs. I confronted Jason and I was met with silence. This job took 4 weeks when it at most should have been two. I'm willing to blame that on AA, but Wendy has no excuse. I strongly suggest they replace her as she doesn't understand what customer service is.

Jason and his crew of very talented repairers fixed my race car after an accident causing major frontal damage. The job was done in very good time and the result speak for them selves. I am very happy with the outcome, I highly recommend them for all your accident repairs.
