I ordered products online and paid a month ago. The Swiss Deli employee advised that the products are not available. However, the refund has never been issued even I contacted the Swiss Deli four times. Looks like it is very generous to buy from them online as money will be lost.

I have been a regular customer since 2004. I love the pork sausages. Ribs are fresh daily. Last week, I was disappointed that they refused to bag my purchase of vienna sausages and ham slices because it was only two items.

This place is awesome. I use to only top in here before the big holidays like Christmas and Easter but there small goods are fantastic so whenever I have to visit the vacant wasteland that is East Auckland. I always pop in and stock up. Their vacume pack products also freeze really well and the packaging is very robust

I've never been there in the flesh but tried their products at the Auckland Food Show a few years ago and have been hooked ever since. To start with it was the chorizo, then the cheese and bacon kranskys, and then we discovered their Christmas hams. We order online and they deliver fast. Even if they delivered slow we'd still order from them. You can't beat delicious.

website not updated. I bought product 7 days ago still nothing delivered called and they told me they run out of stuff and the rest will be deliver next day. But was waiting all day today still nothing. Called them again and they told me they can't deliver because they run out of all products. No body bother to sent email or call. Terrible service .

Great selection of pork products and the choritzos are stunning massive pack great for catering and kids party's I wish they sold them in the supermarkets. ..... Never will I buy supermarket kranskys again.
