I question their process. A staffer employed through them didn't have the skills to do the job and I ended up leaving as she cried everytime she had to use word or excel as she did not know the programs. But BRL say retail staff have transferable skills and can be employed as senior administrators. BRL pretty much ruined my life as I am still traumatised from the actions of the staff member they recommended for the job.
