Earlier in 2021 we purchased a home in Titirangi. We knew we would want a bunch of electrical work done. So we did what most people do - we looked for local sparkies who had reputation to uphold. STS Electrical was on the initial list.After an initial contact, we invited Scott and the team to do a site visit. By then, our initial thinking had expanded into a full kitchen renovation and other stuff. Scott did the first reccy and immediately had great suggestions on how we could achieve the lighting outcomes we wanted and how we could manage the new kitchen fitout, among other things. In the end, Scott's team did lighting, switching, appliances, switchboard stuff, power points, tv, and internet networking.We worked with Scott & the team for about four or five months. They are amazing. Great ideas. Great workmanship. Great connections to people who, for example, could network the whole house. Commitment to quality - we have upgraded a bunch of fittings and included cool techy stuff to complement the home.Most of all, the whole team from Cheryl & Scott to their staff, deliver brilliant customer service. And I mean brilliant. Sector leading I'd reckon.Thanks Scott, Cheryl & team for all you've done to turn this house into a home. No doubt there is more on the radar (outdoors stuff...!) and we'll be seeking your advice and expertise in due course.

First ask yourself which boxes do you need ticked. I've had a few - professionalism, ingenuity, innovation, punctuality. Scott and the crew have ticked them all for me and are highly regarded and recommended. Give them a call. Go on.

Cannot rate STS Electrical enough. Scott, Cheryl and the team are very professional and helpful. They completed all electrical work on our new build and made the whole process so easy. Fantastic team. If you want a good honest electrician you can't go past these guys. We have used them twice now and both times they were punctual, tidy in their work and friendly. The standard of their work is very high. Tane is very safety conscious (which is what you want) and goes over and above to see a job through. No job is too big or too small for these guys. The first job we got them in for was to fix just one light and they were happy to do so. They are fair in their pricing and work efficiently. The second time around Tane had Damien with him and these two worked fantastically together, bouncing ideas of one another when the job didn't become so straight forward. The respect between Tane and Damien was noticeable and lovely to see. Altogether a fantastic company with great work ethos. Scott you should be proud.

So incredibly helpful, understanding and transparent. Such a relief to have found some tradies who I whole-heartedly trust to not rip me off and also go above and beyond with excellent communication skills. Absolutely recommend. :-)

What an amazing bunch of helpful and professional staff. Helped me out at very short notice and stayed till the fault was found and repaired. Will gladly use this team again and can happily recommend them. Should have the option for 10 stars!!!
