Burger was ok, Nachos terrible, fish was frozen so very fishy tasting, hotdogs were mainly batter chips looked like they'd been deep fried in oil that was old.

The worst fish and chips I have ever had the oil was so old and the snapper was not snapper or fresh was terrible!!!!! So disappointing. Tasted disgusting we couldn't even eat it. Do not get fish and chips from here.

Could do with a decent scrub, grabbed dinner there Sunday night. Food was good milkshake was made when order was placed and left to wait until meal was cooked so it wasn't very nice once we got full order. Please would be more appealing with a good clean

The food was beautiful, fish, hotdogs with sauce, sausages and chips. Plenty for 2 adults and one kid, and there was left overs. Fish was a great size, sausages and hotdogs perfect and the chips we loved. Service was excellent and a park right outside the shop. I reckon you all should go try Pj's take aways.

Of I could give 0 I wouldWe ordered 3 pizzas and they where under cooked and lukewarm, we are local and live 2 minutes down the roadRung and spoke to the MANAGER who decided to argue with me over the phone, and said I was talking blah blah blah making every excuse, at the end of the day I paid $51 for 3 pizzas that are well below average.We have ordered from there on other occasions for burgers etc. Never had a problem until tonight will never order again!!!Beware customers... poor customer service

PJ's offer a huge variety of freshly cooked takeaways, there's something for everyone on their menu. They don't need to have such a range, they're the only takeaway bar in Te Aroha.Gourmet & regular burgers, Mexican dishes, Seafood, Asian rice & noodles, Chicken, & I think 4 or 5 options for fries.Reasonable pricing & fast service, seating on the footpath & because it's Te Aroha, there's always parking right outside. No wonder they're always busy.

Everything is great, but the best other on the menu is the Maxi Thick Shake. Never had better anywhere in NZ!
