How do you feel if you booked massage online from weeks before and they even took your money for the deposit right away, but then when you came to get a massage on that day, you’ve been turned down because someone took your spot 5 mins before your booking time ???Second review:Thank you for the reply, based on your explanation looks like you need to upgrade your system, to shows all the online booking on computer, so the staff can see all the availability left and it won’t allow to book the same spot for a walk-in customer.Despite the double booking “dramas” , Lik did amazing job to accommodate both customers, and her massage is fantastic! I feel relax after the massage. Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !

The prices are fair and reflective of the experience. Rooms felt clean. Massage itself I felt was really average, hand placements were uneven and pressure was all over the show. Really lovely staff and easy to book.The rooms are separated by curtains so its not a relaxing experience hearing chatter, customers coming in to query. All in all, average experience and probably won't be a returning customer.

This review is purely based on The manager Sarah, very incompetent person not capable of following instructions. I had communicated with her on the weekend about my mum's massage on Tuesday. As I can only book online they take a deposit fine. I then ring up wanting to pay in full at the store, and she tells me not to go to the store as the staff are busy, but says I can pay by internet banking again fine I did this. I made it very clear with her Do Not Charge my mum as this is paid in full, this is a gift and please put a note on the booking. She confirms she will do this, come Tuesday my mum turns up all happy for her massage, and was hassled by the staff member for more money, she was being insistent for money. By this stage I was furious rang Sarah who tells me it's her day off and she forgot how is that my problem?? Then argues with me and uses stress and the pandemic as a excuse. This is why I don't like booking at places like this the staff maybe really good at what they do but the not being able to understand clear instructions, not being able to communicate. Obviously English is a language barrier for them. My mum wanted her massage here but I was hesitant, this shows why. What a rigmarole don't bother honestly go somewhere where people understand what you are saying. A good Manager would at least refund me half the service but no not this one she just argues with me blah blah blah. Definitely lost a Long time customer.
