I worked alongside Jeanette Rendle from RWR health in 2021. My first encounter with Jeanette laid the platform for a strong and productive working relationship. I found her to be extremely open and honest and knowledgeable about her client and the position that she was recruiting for.I had questions about the role and was quite apprehensive as this was my first potential CEO position and I found Jeanette to be incredibly responsive and open about what the process would entail.I explained at the time the decision was not mine alone to make as it was a whānau decision where it involved my wife and child I appreciated the fact that Jeanette respected my decision and I felt listened too and she checked in with me and my whānau.I found Jeanette to have an uncanny knack of being able to question and delve deeper and address issues and questions that I had not yet bought to the surface or thought about during the recruitment process. I felt incredibly supported and her interaction between myself and the board of the organisation was top notch and incredibly transparent.Even after we agreed to terms and I was placed in my role I appreciated that Jeanette still kept in touch and checked in to see if I needed help and to ensure the transition to my new role was smooth which was no mean feat as we were in the midst of a covid pandemic.I would thoroughly recommend Jeanette and within my role I look forward to using Jeanette’s services in the future and maintaining a professional relation with her.Nathan Harrington

I had the pleasure of being taken good care of by Jeanette Rendle. She was AMAZING! I would definitely recommend her services!
