The shop has honey (naturally ) at better than supermarket prices, Discount fuel ( Gull ) an excellent range of fast food to go . or eat in Ample parking , and the staff are really cool . Big Rigs stop there so that must say something

Arataki was recommended by our hosts when we stayed on their farm during my recent road trip to NZ.The honey was value for money and there's a good selection to choose from.We tried the honey when we got back and everyone including the kids loved it! We'll definitely be back to get some honey when we go back to NZ!

Bees make honey and the local plants apparently make it taste great and is alleged to be healthful. It is a bit pricey but here is less costly than in town. Makes excellent gifts as it comes in small good-looking bottles
