I had the pleasure of Ben Newport assisting me in finding my new 'Happy Home' in Napier. I found Ben to be very observant in relation to my reactions to properties and my comments, wishes, and requirements. I viewed properties with a number of other agents, a couple of which were a close fit, and then after viewing 2 properties with Ben, he suggested I take a look at a property which I had previously declined to view. Ben was sure I would like it though, and so just asked me to give it a look. Well, he was right, it ticked so many of the boxes, and as of now, I will be moving to my new forever home in a matter of weeks. Thank you so much Ben, and Cox Partners. When we were looking to buy our house we had a hard time of it with many real estate agents from other companies. When Cox Partners (Ben Newport) came into the picture all of that changed. I was working in another region at the time and communication was still excellent. We arranged times for viewing through Skype etc. We bought our house stress free for a reasonable price. We have lived here almost two years now and love it. I would trust Cox Partners, particularly Ben Newport with the sale of my house or to help me purchase one again.Thanks a lot Ben and Cox Partners.
