Didn't even answer my e mail to book a service. Wouldn't want them working on my car with that kind of customer service.

Queenstown motor group wouldn't even reply to my emails about booking a service three weeks in a row, even despite being a return customer!

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Queenstown Motors group.Ask for Ella Gorton,She is the best! She is amazing and makes the process really smooth.She goes above and beyond for her customers and tries to help as much as possible.She took care of us and provided 5 star service at every step! Great services.Oh, and I love my Subaru.

We moved permanently from Tasmania to New Zealand in April, and I needed a vehicle. Scott was a delight to deal with in relation to an SQ2 which had caught my eye. There was no pressure, and he didn't keep referring to my hubby given he knew the car was for me. No chauvinism here! He was always prompt when following up via email with extra info we'd asked for.I can't recommend this dealership enough, and having just had a big service done, cannot fault their service department either. When I called in to book the car in, the time selected was the time which suited me.We'd bought another vehicle before making the move so we had something on hand for our arrival. The service by comparison was poor. If we need to buy again, QMG will be the first people we'll go to.

Very rude customer service team I felt like they couldn't be bothered helping me with what I wanted had to call 4 times to get an answer wouldn't ever get anything done here

Today my subaru legacy was failing. I called and spoke to James & then limped the car to them.He was so amazing, onto it and very helpful. I cant say enough about the customer care and knowledge- 1st rate and I wish I had been taking the subaru to them always.... the car will need a lot of work , but they will be my preferred repairer's from now on. Thank you so much you saved me.
