A good bakery with a good range of traditional savouries and cakes, pastries and bread plus drinks and milk. A tidy store where staff try to quickly and politely process customers through the checkout. I have no issues with Couplands as they supply the products that sell at a good price. It seems to me this is us we sell good food so enjoy. If you don't like what we sell no problem there are other shops. For a quick lunch you can get a good meal at a great price and it will fill you up. Quantity buying is entirely possible for parties e.g. birthdays.

I usually buy my bread from this bakery. Its always fresh and clean inside the shop. My Custard Squares fell out of their packaging in the shop and the Shop Keeper offered me a new pack without hesitation. I appreciate the service.

I've been shopping at Copeland's for about three decades, and in all that time I've never had a problem. My favourite type of bread has changed several times but it's always been fresh and delicious. Main grocery shop is from the supermarket but bread is always Copeland's.

The constant lack of vegetarian options is shocking. Ironically, while the Bakery is a complete disappointment the Mad Butcher next to it has Mince-atarian pies which are the best vegetarian pies I've had.

Friendly staff not as well stocked as some places but a great little store for a coffee and a treat or just a great loaf of bread or container of milk.

The boy that served us was exceptional,other lady serving was utterly rude. Hardly any hot pies at busy time ,not a great selection like New Brighton where we normally go,not impressed will not go here again
