Very happy with there service. Even got a message later stating don't go over the line to ensure it doesn't go over weight ect to save me a fee.They havnt even picked my bin up yet and I am already pleased with there communication and customer service.Prices are awsome ND the driver are kind and easy to talk to. I have dealt with Graham at Bin Waste multiple times now and have found him and his business reliable and responsive. The other day he picked up 6 cubic metre bin I hired when I rang him asking for help on the day as I had already filled it with multiple friends helping me and he emptied it and came back again with it so we could fill it twice on Saturday. I have found the company very good. In response to comments about hidden costs I think they are unjustified. It clearly states the costs on the website and if you over fill weight wise you will be billed 15cents per kilo plus GST.So I don't see any hidden costs, in fact many of the other skip bin websites don't have a price on their websites.

I felt that there is not enough emphasis on the website drawing attention to the weight limit. Granted it is present on the detail page for specific bin. However I would argue that most people would not read the smaller text which refers to it. I would encourage you to at least put an asterisk next to the price and/or move the weight limit text nearer the top of the page and increase the font size.A mention of the weight limit on the /book-now page would also aid transparency.The experience of receiving an email telling you about extra cost leaves a bad taste in your mouth. It just feels like you’ve been deceived and the cost is a hidden one, even though it is in the small print and in your position you could argue - well that’s too bad - pay up... That may be so but it still feels yuk.I spoke to company about the above and they were respectful and understanding of the complaint. They said they would look into improvements to the site.Everything else about this companies service was great.

I've used Bin Waste for about half a dozen skips over the years and they are my go-to company for rubbish skips in Wellington. They are a fantastic company to deal with... really accommodating re drop off and pick up times and totally reliable.

I've had several bins from this company and never had any issues. Delivered and removed on schedule, no hidden costs.

Kind, professional, and great value. I was able to clear everything I needed to and organise the pickup easy as. Will definitely be using them again for when I get around to ripping up the driveway. The online booking service is also really helpful, I love a good calendar booking app on a website. Makes the process super easy if you know exactly what you need.
