Products are OK, but was delayed by two months from promised delivery date (three months including COVID shutdown). Different excuse for delivery every time and kept promising would be delivered next week. Led to significant supply chain issues - would have been better if we were told that they could not been supplied as Rotaform took our cash payment up front so we could not source elsewhere.

Fantastic range of plastic containers for food manufacturers or just household needs. I believe this is a factory store so prices are very competitive.Theres parking outside and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.Give their website a look to see what they have or pop in.

We purchased product recently and when the courier sent it to another area the Customer Services person of Rotoform Ashlee Murray went out of her way to trace it and get it fast tracked to our correct address while keeping us informed all the time. The product arrived and was well packaged, the quality was outstanding. We can recommend Rotoform without hesitation.

Taking over 8 days to recieve a simple bucket (Still don't have it but it is finally with the courier). Said they'd notify me when it was sent and they never did. Money went out of my account the instant I ordered it, but they didn't even notice my payment on their end for 5 days. Don't waste your time.

Very poor communication once money is payed, they dishonored our agreement and refused to deliver our fully payed for spa as per our agreement instead they said we'll have to wait two weeks till they had finished with it for promotion purposes, a total refund was offered which we took and wouldn't deal with them again.
