Went in there just to have a quick browse, looking at upgrading from my Shark. Couldn't have asked for better service from the team. A great bunch of people, super friendly and well informed. The cute ginger guy sold me an Allergy and am just so impressed with how nice my carpet feels after every use. 10/10 would shop with again, keep it up guys.

I would have given more stars, if I could . Lovely staff they have here in this store, they go extra mile for every customer. Keep up the good work guys. My family family house is a lot healthier now , i am glad I bit the bullet. God Bless, My daughter sleeps a lot better now, and her asthma is a lot controlled.

Was greeted immediately by Melissa, and utterly impressed by her knowledge of the products! Melissa listened to what I wanted, pointed me in the right direction, and answered ALL my questions. I left with a Tineco and it has completely lived up to expectations and beyond. I previously had a Dyson - this one is superior in every way! Awesome customer service from Melissa, and an awesome product - thank you so much!

I was looking for a robot vacuum cleaner that could make my family's life easy. I tried to check some options working in other big retailers, and none option seems helpful. When we went to Godfreys, people there knew how their products work, their capacity and feature well, supporting us to choose an option that works for us. Excellent customer service and great product. We bought a Deebot Ezmo T8.

Purchased a Hoover over three years ago and it is still as good as new. It's really easy to clean and use. Staff are very helpful and informative.

I'm only giving this place two stars for the following reason: I have been in here now about 3 or 4 times. Each time I have generally ended up getting what I needed in the end but I dont think people need to deal with the up-selling you get assaulted with. On one occsssion all I wanted was an end peice for the hose which was going to cost under $20. But firstly I had to contend with them trying to sell me a $120 piece that i didnt want or need. They have tried to 'up-sell' me everytime I go in there which now makes me very reluctant to ever go back unless I am really out of options. When I do go back I have to 'prepare' myself to do battle to get what I want and not what they want to sell me.Very poor customer service in light of this.Just because they sell suckers it doesn't mean their customers are. . . .

I reluctantly went to Godfrey's today to get a carpet cleaner, reluctantly because every time I go in I get someone trying to sell me something more expensive and I walk out with nothing today I walked in and asked kimar for the carpet cleaner on special. He went straight out the back and got it. Then I asked for the shampoo which he was able to get me to buy the bigger bottle for an extra 10dollars. This I was happy about. I was really impressed today. Thanks Kumar.

Kumar is awesome, & knows his product! We had fun choosing a vacuum & steam mop with him! Highly recommend! :)

If I could give less than one star, I would. Took a vacuum hose in for a simple replacement of the hose. They lost my handle of the end. Tried to fob me off with second hand and incorrect parts. Took over a year to of wrangling before they basically told me to source my own replacement and they would reimburse me. Still haven't been reimbursed. Wouldn't shop here again if it was the last vacuum shop on earth. Stay away!

Great service, with a great lux, we brought a Wertheim 7 series. I thought this maybe ok but I was wrong it was awesome. I luxed the house with my lux and then with this one. I was able to get another 5 bags equivalent using the tube that makes it almost bagless. Love it thanks guys, no more dog hair yeeeeehaaaaa.
