Had a extremely wonderful experience. It was my first time ordering and I had to order for the family. The staff were extremely patient, kind and helpful especially as we didn't realise they were just closing. For superbly customer service alone they are worth a visit.

Very unprofessional staff here, they advertised pita for $14.90 but charged me for $15.90 for regular pita.They said we dont have any bowl to put the salads/dressings to go on the grill and she was using her hands to put my salads.Main street pita pit is very good but cuba is worst.Had to cancel my order and got my money back for being rude and unprofessional!!Get some training from main street and then start working.Lazy ………….

Yummy chicken bacon salad and friendly staff (young man in a hat)The only place that was open when we were on holidays in Palmy. Great option for dinner to take away and eat in the sunny park nearby

Not coming back. Have been a long time customer of Pita Pit and have used this store a lot in the past, but our last experience will see us never going back.Had ordered 4 vegan Bowl'd Japanese Donburi and they were made with chicken instead of the ordered broccoli, and were very meagre portions and lacking a lot of the main ingredients.For a meal that cost $16.50 each they were laughable small. In effect we were given half portions and they were lacking key ingredients like edamame beans, bean sprouts and picked ginger.As you can see of the photo they were served in a small container and didn't even cover that container. This was not a meal that should cost $16.50.Trying to have this situation rectified by Pita Pit has gotten us nowhere. So not just a let down by the kitchen, but also by the chain.

The best, freshest salads and pita's. And the friendliest staff. My kids love the kids corner to draw on the blackboard and colour in pictures.

Ordered food on the 7 of June 2022 through their site. Went to store to pick up order. Store was closed( picture below). Money has been taken out. Tried to contact head office and store but they haven't responded

Normally love PitaPit, but this one is downright dingy. Staff were cleaning the toilet while we were there and one handed the other a bottle of jif from the kitchen to go and clean the toilet with before making our order - she did put gloves on, but didn't wash her hands. There was a fly on the salad stuff that they didn't do anything about. Put hardly any filling in mine, I got multiple mouthfuls of just dry pita. They were both quite unfriendly too. Do yourself a favour and go to the one on Main Street instead, if it's open that is.

We love Pita Pit, however this one in Palmerston North Cuba Street was disgusting. I have never seen a toilet in an eatery so bad. Not only was it very dirty and in need of an urgent clean, the toilet seat was half hanging off. It also had sandflies flying around the toilet bowl. I returned to the counter and advised two staff that it needs some attention ASAP, and both staff didn’t even acknowledge me?! Our order was in the process of being made and I noticed more sandflies swarming over the food. I pointed this out to the staff member and she just swotted her hands over them with no comment. Now to the food: They were out of tomato & red onion. The staff member had already made my salad bowl which was not up to Pita Pits standard at all. I actually just wanted to leave at this point and cancel our order, however the staff were so uninterested I chose to leave it. The smashed avo was a frozen half of an avo in one piece, brown & soggy. My daughters pita was equally lacking. We chucked most of our meal. My advice. Give this place a wide berth. Disgusting.

Today at 3.15 pm went to pita pit Cuba street was willing to order a Chcken wrap one of the staff was cleaning inside the shop and then she come to do my order and serve me with her dirty hand I asked her to wash her hands first before serving me she told me I did but she didn't she used one paper tissue to clean her hand so I told her I don't want I am going to another place....
