Friendly welcoming place with nice menu. Camembert entree was delicious. Rib eye steak was cooked as requested but meat was not great quality and full of sinew. Ribs were awfully disappointing and we left them uneaten sadly. The steps around the restaurant are poorly lit and I had a severe fall when leaving but was helped by some other awesome customers, Thank you.

Really enjoyed the food. Loved the little pack my toddler got to keep him busy. Unfortunately they are not to “family friendly” had to change his nappy on the bathroom floor, which was very unpleasant being 8 months pregnant. Would highly recommend to install a nappy changing station.

The food was very nice..had the sirloin reef and beef and my wife had the pasta ...it did take 40min to get our food as there was a good crowd in and only really two waitresses on and two on the bar ..but all in all a great feed and atmosphere

Dissapointed to the point that will not be back.Group of 5 Went in for ribs on Thursday night. About 8pmGreeted and seated well by pleasent young staff. Tabled cleaned for us by another staff. Menus given and appropriate time to look at before ordering.We placed our drinks and meal orders. Friendly wait staff said will be right back with drinks. 10 minutes later she returns to let us know that they are out of ribs. Fair enough. Later in night, and possibly a busy run.. but 10 minutes after we initially ordered??10 minutes after that we had to go to the bar to get our drinks made. Wait staff had been standing around chatting. Saw our table member coming and started making them.Drinks were delivered. Two of the 4 drinks needed to be remade.Wait on food was about right. Ended up with 4 steaks and a seafood meal. Seafood meal was good.Steaks were cooked as was ordered. Steaks were tougher than I'd expect and had to ask for steak knives, i usually dont use one2 meals came out meat and chips only. Had to ask for the salads.Music was quite loud, asked for it to be turned down as there was some heavy metal playing.We were the last eating guests at this stage.Went to pay for the meal and spoke to the attendant about all the issues we had had.Was given the excuse of was a busy night and sold out of ribs.-Understanadable. Spoke of the wait for drinks and given an excuse of staff breaks due to being busy. -as an employer I understand.. but when 2 are standing chatting behind the bar for the majority of the time we were waiting.. not on.I was told a price for the total for the table. When I asked for a printout to make sure it was correct suddenly there was an issue and the ribbs that we did not get, were still on the ticket. She removed them and then reprinted. Had i not asked to see the print out she would have charged the extra as she was putting it to the payment terminal.Due to: Drinks issues (time and accuarcy), food not being on the plates (not worried they had sold out of ribs, we did come in a bit later) and then attempted to be over charged, and initially denied it then when I walked her through it she realised and went oh yeah" with a smile

I was disappointed with my meal on Sunday night as the chips were barely hot. 3 young ppl were on duty and not a smile from any of them. Then I was ignored and would have had dessert. By that stage the only other ppl there were a couple I knew who weren't impressed as they had being waiting to have their orders taken and a table of 10 had not long sat down and had their orders were taken first. We were the only patrons there. And yes I've had very good meals there before with friends.

Went for dinner Thursday night I got the chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce was actually really nice but my partner got the ribs and it had plastic cling wrap in it also wasn’t offered a finger bowl when he asked for one they brought him out one with boiling water! Also was never offered any drinking water..

Great place to go for family outings or for an after-work get together. Great specials all week, especially their $20 chicken schnitzel on a Thursday night, it's my nana's go to.There is wheelchair access however you have to park in the gravel carpark quite far away from where the front door is.

Never again! We went here for dinner, it was Ribs night. We got told to pick a table and a waiter would be with us soon. We sat there waiting for half an hour before having to go to the bar and request we please get served. Finally got served. Waited again for our drinks to arrive, had to go back to the bar and ask again for drinks. Finally our Ribs arrived, we took one bite and that's all we ate as the Ribs were cold. By this time, we have been in this restaurant for a while and absolutely not happy. We asked the staff to take the cold Ribs away, they are not acceptable. Realizing that it could be another lengthy wait, we decided we had had enough. We went back to the bar and advised that we no longer wanted a meal. The young girl behind the bar tried to tell us that because we took a bite out of one of the Ribs to discover how cold they were, that we will have to pay for them! Asked for the manager! Explained how terribly unhappy we were with the service and cold food. I advised manager, happy to pay for the drinks. BUT NOT PAYING FOR COLD FOOD. We left and ate somewhere else. NEVER going back!
