Yesterday I went to this salon for the first time. I had a balayage booked in. I explained to rach the outcome I wanted to achieve. I was amazed with the results of my hair afterwards. It turned out exactly how I wanted, light and bright, natural looking and soft. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Well worth the money. Would recommend this salon to anyone!

Would highly recommend Rachel, she has done great work with my hair. She’s friendly professional and her salon is just beautiful. Always look forward to my appointments with her.

Rick Ferguson. I do not believe you were out the back doing work. It was a Saturday afternoon at 330 in the afternoon. How would you have heard anything, there was no argument, just a discussion with the owner being short, rude and condescending to my daughter. When I offered and paid a cancelation fee, she even said we were welcome back when my daughter could be nice. Problem was, my daughter was not beingrude. I had absolutely no problem with the owner/hairdresser when I talked to her on the phone. She was lovely. However, when my daughter and I entered the hairdresser, she was honestly not welcoming at all. She WAS not nice to my daughter! I have never once placed a negative review EVER...I just do not do that. My daughter is an absolutely lovely girl, but a wee bit shy. She is in the top class of her year at high school and am very proud of her. My daughter shows the utmost respect for people. My daughter broke down when she left and I have never felt so awful for her in my life. Madeline is a strong, empathetic, kind intelligent young lady. I'm sorry, but this was a horrible experience. I will never be embarrassed by my daughter.

I have been getting a full head of foils for 15 years. NEVER HAVE I EVER had such a horrific experience. My hair has NEVER been in such terrible condition, despite being made to purchase a conditioning treatment to “make the colour work better”. The first wash afterwards my hair felt like one big dread. On top of that, the foils were placed far too far out from the base of the scalp showing immediate regrowth, and then I had to go back after two weeks for the sole owner and stylist to fix her poor foiling mistakes that started to show once the toner had started to wash out. To top it all off, I was in the salon for over three hours and wasn’t even offered a glass of water. Would absolutely not recommend!!!

Rachel is simply amazing. She takes such care of you, from the moment you enter her salon to the moment you leave. My hair has never looked and felt better. I cannot recommend her enough!

Rache’s salon is beautiful and clean and always smells wonderful. Rachel is a very experienced and talented colorist, and brought my very damaged over-bleached hair back to life. Rachel gave me beautiful platinum blonde for a year, and recommended good products which restored my hair to a healthy state, and it was able to grow again. Rachel recommended I try copper red to change things up (I had been thinking about a change but didn’t know what). I absolutely love my red hair, everyone does, and my hair is now soft and healthy. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone who wants fabulous hair.

I stumbled across this hairdresser about two years ago, a perk of living close by! I will never go anywhere else . Rach is amazing at colour and what she does. Does not give unrealistic expectations like some. If it is not going to work or turn out how you hope, this is explained to you thoroughly and what best way to go about this is.The most comfortable , friendly and lush salon I have ever been too! Highly recommend to anyone !!

Horrible experience here. When my daughter and I first walked in we could tell that the hairdresser was in a bad mood. When she sat us at the salon chair my daughter became nervous and decided that she didn’t want her hair to by dyed anymore, but still wanted it to be trimmed. As my daughter said this, the hairdresser was obviously annoyed by the statement and began to try and persuade my daughter to get it done, and then told her she should of come in with a vision. She then proceeded to tell my daughter that something was wrong with her hair and that she would need quite a lot cut off, telling her that if she didn’t her hair would look bad. I could see my daughter was visibly upset by the way the hairdresser was talking to her, so I told her we wouldn’t be getting anything done today and would pay a cancellation fee. The hairdresser then began to tell us that she had turned people down today, and I told her that I didn’t know that my daughter was going to change her mind. After I had paid the fee, she told my daughter that when she wants to be nice she can come back. I told her that we would never be coming back. My daughter left the shop crying because of the tone and the way the hairdresser spoke to her. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

I am obsessed with my hair every time I leave grace hair dressing salon, & she always brings my vision to life!! I would recommend grace hairdressing to everyone, you get what you’re paying for and more. Great chat, always flexible with bookings & is so knowledgeable around the health of your hair!

Rach is an amazing hairdresser! Always leave happy and with awesome hair, she always goes out of her way to make the experience very positive and really cares about her clients. Highly recommend
