Very positive experience at Birkenhead with Ranee today. I had a check up and clean. Ranee was very thorough and gentle and provided very useful advice. I will happily return to Ranee for any future appointments.

Today was our first time visited this dental clinic. I took my 5 year old son to do his first filling, we had really good experiences with Ranee and Chanel , they are friendly and talked through they were doing , made us feel comfortable there. Highly recommend this dental Clinic to everyone who is scare to dentist or had a bad experience before. Will come again in the future!

Today I was a first time patient at Lumino in Birkenhead. My friend who has been going to this clinic for years recommended it to me.I made a somewhat spontaneous appointment online just a few days before and was able to get in. After I booked the appointment I received a few emails, as well as a phone call the day of the appointment.I was impressed with the aesthetics of the clinic and the friendly reception I received both before, during and after my treatment.I hadn't been to the dentist for a few years and was impressed with the advancement in technology. The procedure with Ranee Charya and her assistant was professional, efficient and relaxed.Ranee clearly has a strong knowledge of dentistry. I will definitely return and would recommend to anyone!

Showed up on the appointment time yet was informed my appointment was at a different time. The receptionist didn’t even bother to apologise for their booking mistake. I took the 2-hour leave from work to book for this appointment and it is just a complete waste of time. Show ing respect to your potential customer’s time would be greatly appreciated.

I've been coming here for a while now and I've always had great service. Viva Dental is affordable and conveniently located near the Highbury Shops, they have late nights and are very attentive with their work. I've been a patient of Ranee's for a while and she's an absolute gem, so if you're scared of the dentist (like me) then Viva Dental is a great option for you.
