Working hours are incorrect. Came there at 4pm, and they just said the are close, despite working hours on the stand say they work till 5pm.People build plans based on your information provided

Opening hours incorrect confirmed with lady at the counter as well as phone number being incorrect. Showed her and advised her to get it sorted from management as it is an inconvenience to the public. Poor and unprofessional customer service however this is very common with Indians in the service industry ie: petrol stations, convenient stores, Indian super markets they do not understand what professional customer service as well as a no phone policy whilst working and serving customers, it's appalling

Wanted to sell foreign currency, i found their rate was more than what the banks were offering. Just a note, they dont take coins so only notes can be exchanged.

Okay i am sending money from here to india. There rates are far better than western union and the quality of service is overall good. Some staffs are really great. A suggestion is please make a permanent staff there so that they will be used with the regular customers. The guy worked there today was much quicker and the money went in minutes. To be honest he is the best I had from MoneyGram.

Very bad customer service.According to Google information the shop closes at 5:15 pmI was there 5:06 pm and they told me we are closed very bad customer service.Your staff needs to be more polite.
