Got charged for 3 hours and 45 mins of work when the guy was there for less than 2 hours just to connect the laundry tub. Cost over $400 Couldn't do the other job said it was too complicated for him. Ended up having to get someone else in.

Never again. Got a quote for $1000 to $1500 for digging a new sink hole and ended up with over $2500. They did things without talking to me first (they put a concrete tank in the ground) and I had to pay for one person waiting for the other to get something from town he should have brought with him if he would know his job. I also had to pay for materials I never got (the person waiting told me for example that there is no lid but I had to pay for one later and so on) I got ignored when I asked for an explanation in an email. Very disappointing

These guys over charge and send out guys that don't know what they are doing then you get an additional charge because the boss has had to come from hamilton to tell them what to do. And its still not right. When there work failed because of there negligence they came a put some zip ties instead of a proper bracket, totally unprofessional. Considering I installed our last filtration system and nothing went wrong with it proves that they charge you for something you could do better yourself
