My Chubb alarm went off in a power cut and it left a blue light flashing into the bedroom windows and neighbours keeping everyone awake for days. I rang Chubb and booked a call last week. 3 days later they haven't even bothered to call back. i just rung them and they can't stop this thing for another week!!! Stay clear of these idiots. You have to deal with Australia too by the way, apparently Brisbane, who were no help at all as they said we aren't techinical". Hopeless!!!!"

Frustrated that i cant find your business hours and also that you phone number leads to a voice system that is confusing...all i want to know is what your hours are......yet i have to listen to multiple menus on the voice system
