All reserved parking. Useless

Its convenient and near the newmarket shops but thats about it.Most of the parking spots are reserved with some free lots near the very top. Driving around in anything bigger than a Yaris is dicey, especially when there is a car coming the other way as its narrow.Parking costs are through the roof as expected of Wilson and clearly none of the money goes to up keep of the facility. The elevator is run down and there's graffiti everywhere.

avoid the car park if you can, really bad signage and will fine you $85 dollars for breaching their term and conditions.

If you forget to log into app, they charge you 8x the standard carpark rate. Parking rate is ok if you use the app, extortion if you forget.

The smelliest and dirtiest entrance stairwell ever, smells like 20 years of old urine and vomit. Also, they purposely try to get their regular customers to forget to pay by placing the payment machines far away from the doors and having no reminders at the exit to pay via the app. Then they charge an $85 fine even though the full 12 hour daily rate is $22. One star is generous

Car broken into while parked here. No security cameras and staff couldn't care less as well as being exorbitantly expensive for how poorly looked after it is

Pretty much worst car park lot to park in if your going out in Newmarket. Drove there with three cars for a family outing as I was leaving back to Australia and we Arrived to the car park around 7:30pm poor signage and didn’t know if we had to pay at first or after. Poor lighting on almost all floors lights were out couldn’t see nearly hit another car driving up who didn’t see us. Parked upstairs on the top floor no lights all pitch black. Didn’t see any payment booth or kiosks so we thought maybe we pay when we leave. Went to our gathering not even an hour went to check the car for my wallet and ended up finding three fines for $85- each at 8:20pm, emailed the company Wilson parking to dispute the claims and to no change still have to pay $85 on each car. There was no intentions of us not paying we always pay our way and to get an $85 each would never use Wilson car parking here or in the world ever again.

Careful if you are an app user, the way they set up the system is leading people to forget pay or not to pay in time so that they can rip you off with the fine, that`s the way they making money. Not to mention all the reserved parking and have to drive all the way to the top.
