Was highly recommended to visit for sessions with Sarah and her team earlier in July-2022. Had minor stroke at 50 and the first 90-120days said to be most critical. It has been truely beneficial and I’ve come out the other side restored faster than would have ever been possible without them. I was informed and equiped to engage my mind and recover from fatigue. Sarah produced a program and tweaked it weekly to ensure I was gaining the best mentally each week.Recovery can be frustrating and I always felt empowered and encouraged even thru the various frustrating exercises.I knew I was in professional hands… Thanks Sarah!

I have been a client here for a spinal cord injury, and a head injury. I have found the whole team to be professional, approachable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They will explain what they are doing, and why in ways that I can understand, will positively encourage me even when I thought I couldn't do anymore. They use a variety of exercises, and find the ones that are best for you to get results. The staff also communicate with, and support my family throughout the rehab journey, which has made a huge difference for my partner, ensuring they are ok and safe.
