Honestly wish there was a 10 star option! Alexa is THEE BEST. She has treated my hair so beautifully every time I've been into visit her, you'd think that by the confidence and quality, she would've been doing this for years. I hope to keep her as my stylist for many years to come x

Tracey has been my hairdresser for six years, since I moved to Christchurch. She is an amazing stylist and colorist. I always feel fabulous after my quarterly visits! Highly recommend.

I am pretty hesitant client when it comes to my hair fussy who touches my hair so it takes a lot of courage for me to warm up to new hair dresser . I meet Jessie , she was just infectious vibrant , welcoming hair stylist who is my request every time as she does my hair exactly how I want it , I always leave off feeling like I'm a Rock Star. Vivo Salon easy to find , the staff never leave you waiting in the que attend to you straight away to greet , have you seated , make you feel welcome and I love the space. I would highly and have always highly recommended Vivo Salon to friends & family! 5 stars easily. Keep up the beautiful service , your customer experience and focus is 100%

I recently got Kerasilk Treatment done at Vivo Hair Salon , I was treated very well and the over all experience of my visit was good - however not super satisfied with the results of the treatment . Apparently the treatment reduces frizz and makes hair more manageable - but it did nothing of what it promised - please see attached photos . After spending 3 hours ,199$ on treatment and another 100$ worth of shampoo and conditioner - this is how my hair looks.

Really awesome salon with friendly staff, attention to detail, competitive prices, flexible and accomodating services and even lots of parking! Tracey runs it so well and everyone's work is of the same high quality standard. These ladies take a lot of pride in their work and it shows; flawless colour, healthy locks and vibrant hair!

I had a hair appointment at Vivo Merivale a few weeks ago, first time seeing Katie Li and It had been a year since my last visit. All my experiences at this salon have been positive. Katie was very friendly, professional and had attention to detail. My hair colour and style was exceptional and she made me feel very much a valued customer. I really appreciate the service and left feeling fantastic!
