Stopped in here for a drink and bathroom break... the toilet is very poorly finished overall for a relatively new Mobil very disappointed.

The worst Mobil station. Came here to fill up 1mth and ago after 12 midnight and all petrol pumps seemed to be empty OR either shut off. While the petrol was drip feeding out and I mean drip! For every drip the machine was charging at cost. I took a video of the pump machine counter clicking over at snail pace and also took a video of the petrol pump drips.Charged just over $11. Contacted Mobil through app and had NO response! Before this problem it was the petrol pump machines getting updated so it meant waiting for 10 mins for the update to complete. Isn't this supposed to be a convenience gas station? I like Mobil but NOT this Greenwood street Mobil...

A little better than the Te Rapa Mobil. Sometimes cheaper as well. I just like it because its a little more high tech than Te Rapa. Dont like the location thought - always a busy road. Otherwise not a bad place to fuel up

You guys need to employ staff that have good customer service skills. Your employee Raminder has no customer service skills and creates a situation where anger escalates quickly. She then thinks that ignoring the problem and locking the door on customers is the best move to resolve matters. She needs serious customer service upskilling or a demotion.

Rude condescending staff, pay at pump doesn't work for my preffered payment method, but they won't let me fill my tank and pay inside afterwards even though I left them with my wallet as security. Told me computer was locked even though I have done this several times over in the past few weeks. Went down the road to Gull. Even with the Mobil loyalty card and 10c discount day Gull is still cheaper and pay at pump works. So loyalty card cut up, won't ever return to this or any other Mobil.
