Rudest people I have ever spoken to on the phone. Their maintenance team are so rude and disrespectful when calling for approval on a job (if you are a supplier/repairer).I hate calling this company.

Long wait to get thru- but great friendly staff on the other end :)

I was brought with the mantra if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing. BUT NO I cannot let this go> Dealing with Custom Fleet is the most frustrating pass time you could ever want.Wait times are longer than a piece of string customer service is sub zero or non existent. Ok then plan b" its the 21st century email them

I have been on the phone for over 90 mins across three phone calls and still haven’t got hold of an operator - “all representatives are busy”. Service levels in this instance are atrocious.

Difficult to get hold of someone to get a po. On hold anything from 12 to 45min. You need an oline system to get a PO.

Incredibly rude to deal with. Avoid at all costs!

Have to deal with this fleet company on a daily basis. First you have to ring them for authorisation on the vehicle which is an average of a 20 min wait. Then if it needs anything additional you need to call back to get the approval - 20 min wait. Then you have to call back to get an order number to close it off.....you guessed it - 20 min wait. An hour on hold for one vehicle is just ridiculous - their processes really need looking at - especially when we are trying to work within a customers time frame as well as they are so adamant our techs have to be time efficientAcross 10 + fleet companies Custom Fleet is hands down the worst of the worst. Maybe their tone would change if we start charging them for the time spent waiting on the phone as well as the technicians time.It's probably worth noting this review was written while waiting for you to answer - I've been first in the queue for 10 minutes now, current call time 31 minutes - Sort yourself out Custom Fleet!

Waiting times of phones are always 10min plus, Trying to get a PO out of this company requires jumping through 10 rings of fire. Horrible to deal with.

Very poor communication, accident team lied to try make their jobs easier. All i wanted was an update on what was happening with an accident claim and they couldn't do it. Wasted hours on the phone
