Called in for an insurance assessment but staff went the extra mile to replace the damaged foot skirt on the Kia while I was waiting, so a one stop repair. Top marks for going the extre mile.

Amazing people, really friendly, fast and effective. Hannah is an awesome panel beater and painter. Her quality is top-notch. Not long just got one of my cars back, and the paint finish looked as though it had just come straight out of the factory. This company is also really on to it and fast when it comes to collecting your car if it's been in an accident and their service and kindness is outstanding. They really know how to look after their customers. Highly recommend and will happily deal with all my future needs.

Had rust in my van repaired here. Asked for an estimate and was told it was impossible without getting the windshield out and looking at the condition. Fair enough. After one day I called to get a rough idea of what the cost would be and was told by the person on the phone they would call me back tomorrow once they had a good look. No call back. Called again day 2, and was told the same thing. On day 3 I called again, and was told he hadnt had time to look at it still and would give me a price once I picked it up. So over $1000 worth of work was done which took 3 days and I was never given an estimate....After paying I drive back my residence 2 hours away, the next day went to get my Wof ( it had failed due to rust around the windshield ) and of course.... It failed again due to there still being rust.....I was told over and over on the phone that the rust had been fixed, and i explained i had pictures of 1 inch areas still containing rust and it had failed its WoF. I was offered $30 for petrol (a 4 hour round trip) in order to return and have them fix their mistakes.I'm sure i was treated this way due to being a backpacker and them taking advantage of me. My receipt had no information of the charges on the bill, just random amounts billed in different sections.You can make your own decision but this was my very unpleasant experience with this shop.

Called up re a claim through an insurance company and the person on the phone was quite dismissive, so using someone else that wants my business.

Loved the service here, great work on my car was done. People who complain are self entitles and incompetent. People can be busy!!

If I had options on where to send our vehicles, it wouldn't be this place. I think insurance work is all they have going for them.Constantly overshooting their own deadlines with work. when questioned regarding ETAs the typical response is we will call you" even if it's days past the deadline. Short working hours also makes picking up vehicles difficult."

Great service keeping me informed and they & did a fantastic paint job on my car totally washed delivered car back before time. Well done guys.

Awesome guys to deal with. Car was involved in a minor frontal and they got me back on the road quite quickly. Cheers to Corey and Ross! Will be back if I need to but hopefully not :)
