Had an amazing experience today at the T2 in the Albany mall. We were served by Isabel who was quick to greet us with a warm welcome, offered us tea samples and offered any further helping info on the teas. So lovely and sweet and very knowledgeable :)

Facilities clean, easy to access in the mall, beautifully laid out with a great choice of bags and loose teas . Staff were very helpful and hospitable. A great place to buy your favourite tea.

Amazing customer service from Miriam at Albany T2. Helpful and lovely without being too pushy for sales. She had a young girl working with her and she was wonderful too. Would go back for the customer service I got.

My go to tea shop. Staff are brilliant, if they're not busy they will spend as much time as you need helping you find what you want. Recently I went in to get tea for a party I was throwing and i asked for ideas on a alcoholic ice tea, not only could she help suggest what to use she also took the time to teach me how to make the ice tea concentrate. Such a big help! Highly recommend for all your tea needs.

Love this brand specially in city but found the nearest one in Albany so went to try a new taste today. There are several kinds of Jasmine on website but not sure about the differences so went to there to ask more details but the staff knows anything about teas, ask me to read each of ingredients instead of asking her. Website tells more than staff then why do they have physical stores? They should learn from Queen St branch how staffs works for their customers.

The shop is beautiful and the range of teas and tisanes are mind-boggling. Was served by Alex and all I can say is that I wish every business looked after its customers that well. I went in curious to find something to have instead of coffee. I left with a great tasting pack and a genuine feeling of being well looked after. I will certainly be back.
