Softwash cleaned the exterior and windows of my house and treated for spiders and cockroaches. Bad weather meant that they had to do it over two days. They arrived on time as scheduled, delivered a friendly and professional service. Invoicing and payment was quick and very easy using their accounting software. Thank you, Softwash. House soft wash including out side of windows.Arrived when they said they would.Brief, informative introduction and clarification of tasks to be completed.The whole process was completed smoothly and to my ex staff managerial eye, without any unnecessary pauses or stoppages.The completed outcome was better than we anticipated and included some lateral thinking to deal with an awkward area of the house design.Very satisfied.PS: I neglected to remember the serviceman's name would recommend him as an employee. .

Really happy with the completed job, lots of dead spiders and not a cobwed in sight. I wasn't home during the clean but as neighbours have requested company details have to assume the crew were very professional.

I booked Softwash in to complete an exterior clean and spider treatment of our home. Softwash were friendly and accommodating in fitting me in before Christmas (a late request after I was let down by another company). I will now only use and recommend this company for exterior house washing. The team that came out were professional, polite and thorough. The house has come up lovely and the windows are lovely and clean to look through. The office staff (Jayneen in particular) are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely use this company again.
