Britomart Car Park

Good location by the Britomart area. Fairly expensive, but it's a new and well kept facility. Big building with lots of parking, but it seems that most of it is leased so there's a lot of driving to get to the top level, and some of the direction markings are not particularly clear. The shade sails on the top level are a nice touch in summer because they keep the sun off the cars.

Good place to park at the bottom of town. It's actually wide and has several exits to different streets.

Impossible to get out off after an event

Parked for 42 mins and got charged the maximum $20. I paid without thinking and when I questioned it with the officer in charge, he told me the machine makes mistakes sometimes; and that it’s my responsibility to check the charge is correct; and there’s nothing they can do to refund the money. Absolute thievery.

Avoid for events, the queue will be massive to pay.Surely they could add tap and pay at the exit rather than queueing at a pay station on the ground floor, while you pay to wait.

Tonight May 11th we had a flat battery while parked here. The staff were so friendly and helped us jump the battery with little fuss. Great help thanks guys

My ticket got smudged, I don’t know how, and I went to the front desk. I literally had my ticket with me and they said I needed to pay a $75 lost ticket fee. He was so awful to me I was on the verge of tears. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone

Worse carpark in the city. They change rules on a daily basis, overcharge and there is nobody you can talk to to at the front desk! I use their early bird which rules change almost on a daily basis. Today I was stuck at work until 8.20pm and I was forced to pay $55 for the car park when I used the early bird! The reason for the $55 is simply because with the early bird you need to leave the car park by 8pm. No flexibility shown at all! It didn’t matter that I was there only 25 mins after the early bird “limit”. I don’t understand how it can be acceptable that the early bird has a limit! What does it change at 8pm? What logic is that? And how acceptable is it to pay $35 more than the $20 ticket for the early bird for 25 mins extra? Would it not make more sense to start charging per hour after the expiry of the early bird? Absolutely ridiculous! I will never use it again! Over-expensive and awful service!

Worst car park experience. Called three times waiting near the way out but nobody replied. I had a restaurant receipts where we supposed to get $10 discount no body nobody picked the phone . I waited or 15 minutes and then paid full
