Shake Out Commercial Bay

Was going to order a burger but then a polite staff member told me that they didn't remove any items (I had an allergy requirement), the guy was pretty polite about it then a Big-Bird lookalike Blonde Lady took over and was extremely rude telling me to go shop somewhere else and that she wasn't going to do anything about it. Didn't end up ordering the burger which was a shame since my mate's ones even though were quite small looked yummy. Ordered some chips instead, they tasted pretty good. Probably an OK place to go if you don't have any allergy requirements or if you like to be well treated as a customer, otherwise I'd suggest the other places on commercial bay. Being someone who works hospo myself, this kind of behaviour is not what you look for in a staff member.Food was OK, service was meh, 1 star is well deserved.

I ordered a chicken burger, and fries and drink combo which came out quickly. The burger was nice and the fries were plentiful. However, if the burger was just a little bigger and drink in the container was a wee bit more it would of felt like it was better value for money. We'll be back though!

I ordered a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger from Shake Out for $13.30 and got a really small burger with no bacon and very little cheese. I took it back to ask if I got the right burger and was told that it was. Very poor quality for the price.

Was heading to a concert and came across Shake Out while looking for a place to grab a quick bite. Good tasty burgers made fresh to order. Arrived quickly. Expensive but better value than some of the big burger chains that could be mentioned. Food in the city is expensive so overall was happy with what we got.

Wow, the burgers here are amazing, meat (perfect crust), burger sauce, buns (super soft).. everything. Very impressed. Catered for a few simple requests too. The fries are excellent too. Well done! Highly recommend this place for your burger fix!

Pretty standard, decent burger, neat service efficient and easy to self order and then pickup. Tried their LE, the cheese sauce was a nice feature but overall think I would’ve enjoyed their OG menu much better so am keen to go for that next time!

Decent burger and the cheesy sauce with the fries are bomb. Only wished the portion is a little bigger for the price.

Ive been here twice now and the burgers and fries have been really good. I asked the staff if they could make them without any cheese and they happily obliged. Will keep coming back!
