I had a power steering belt and two struts replaced at this garage. I had a booking early the next morning and the car was out by 2 pm. The price I was a quoted was the price they did the work for and was 30% less than a previous quote. I was more than satisfied with the quality of the work and service although their eftpos machine wasn't working very well that day.

Excellent. Honest as the day is long. Truly superb work. I've owned my vehicle nearly 3 years, and it hasn't run this well in the entire time I've owned it.

Good. Came along with someone whose car was getting repaired. She needed a engine service. I made sure to check the reviews beforehand. Theres a trend of negative reviews and I was was'nt sure it was a friendly environment. But the service was good.

I’m a student on a tight budget so fell for their $150 voucher. Ended up footing a $600 bill on top of the voucher for work that was absolutely unnecessary and used cheap parts that honestly seem worse than the parts they replaced. Really wish I had read the reviews beforehand and taken my car to my family’s usual mechanic.

Beakdown serviceThe technician sacrificed his nice and warm Saturday night at home to come and rescue me stranded with a flat battery in New Brighton. The traffic in the area was so bad tonight as the fireworks had just finished, and everyone was hardly able to move in an hour. Took him almost an hour and a half to get to me in that condition, but I couldn't see any frustration when he arrived. The gentleman helped me to jumpstart in a matter of seconds without hassles. Thank you so much, and I can not tell you how much I appreciate your service tonight.

Fell for their voucher scam - they don't advertise that oil and filters aren't included which I felt was misleading (wouldn't be hard to be up front about this and this is clear everywhere else that advertises services)As soon as questioned about it, they stop replying to phone calls and emails and even get rude and abusive when you do get them on the phone - not great customer service!Should have read the reviews beforehand

Would avoid this place like the plague. Car in for wof and service. Quoted $700 on the spot “one time only deal” if I paid up front then and there. Felt pressured into doing so. Went back few hours later wanting a refund as had time to think it over- bear in mind car was booked for following week. A different guy was working so I had to return the next day. The guy was annoyed, would do a partial refund but wouldn’t refund the tyres. Sold the car and went back seeking refund for tyres as they would be no use. Guy charged me $130 “restocking fee” after initially saying they cant refund as they would only get credit back. Scam

fantastic and proactive service for a warrant inspection.Really impressed by the effort taken to chase down and rectify an issue caused by another workshop. Speaks very very well of the attitude, honesty and ethics of all who work here.Fantastic job and something that will be very much remembered
