Staff need to be taught how to be more hospital

I brought a pendant light from lighting direct which was quite expensive. Once it was delivered I was back in the store and discovered it was on special. I contacted them to see if they would match the special price but they wouldn't. They also will not let me return items after 14 days of purchase (not delivery) even though I haven't even opened the box. I have also been dealing with lighting plus as I am doing a new build requiring a lot of lighting they have been amazing to deal with, returns are absolutely no problem and as we are out of town they have no pressure for returning which is fantastic.. save yourself a headache and go to lighting plus instead!!

Went to buy a lamp on special only to be told that it had finished and they wanted to charge another 50_60%.Wouldn't go back to any of their stores. Never had good experience with them.

Had exactly what we were looking for and did a great job of offering alternatives. May need a second job with this level of salesmanship.

I was able to get two 300 W light bulbs here and that were reasonably priced. This shop is well layed out and the service was really quite good. I had no issues whatsoever and was pleased I did not have to go hunting around for the type of bulb I wanted.Car parking is easy and there are plenty of other shops here if you need to do something else.

Unbelievable service and the range of stock is 2and to non. Will be going there again definatly!!

Our order has finally arrived after a series of covid delays. They called us to arrange pickup. We still got our discount from back when we ordered our new bedside lamps. The product was excellent and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. The instructions for assembly and installation were clear. It is so good to be able to put our standard reading lamps back in the lounge.
