Good selection of products. Very spacious and some knowledgeable staff. The promise of a discount if you find the same product cheaper is always honored.

Plenty of parking spaces, big building, and plenty of items inside. Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. If this is not your local store, I would recommend you to find your local one as if you need to return any items, it'll be much more complicated if you return/exchange/refund it at the different store.

Central location on Lincoln Road. But few sets of traffic lights will take sometime to get through during peak hours or on weekends. Been there 3 times in recent weeks. Inconsistent customer services, really depends on who you speak to. Plenty staff standing around talking but no greeting or offering for help to customers(to me anyway). This includes the tall gentleman wearing glasses who appears to be a senior staff, someone who thinks he is very important. Maybe this explains the inconsistent service levels I recieved during recent visits. On one of my other visits, they'd had skeleton staff on board. But if they advertise opening 7am to 7pm then it's normal for customers to expect questions to be answered by staff specialised in any given area. Rather than being told by the friendly but apologetic Customer service desk staff that the person won't be in till 10am. I have also recently shopped at other Mitre 10 stores Whangapoara, Glenfield, Westgate, and Oteha Valley. Have to say comparatively that Henderson ranks last for me for their service. Perhaps this could also be the reason why they are the only store has stocks of what I wanted available.

If you are looking for some power tools from carpentry, auto repair, cleaning, or lawn mowing, your time will not be wasted here. Besides that, this is just right next to Pak'nSave, so you can save time if you are planning on having a grocery afterward.

We bought a rug at Mitre 10 Mega Henderson, Friday, 26 May. The Sales Assistant, Brenda was very helpful with excellent service (in spite of this section not being her normal section). She assisted us in choosing from different rugs on display until we found one that was suitable. She then checked the stock availability from the computer and pulled out the right roll from the stocks in the high cupboard in a mobile ladder. Highly pleased with her service. Customer service at its best. 5 stars! Happy customers!

Moved to a new house and have been visiting Mitre10 more often than usual. Want to commend how friendly and accommodating the staff are - literally everyone I approach would nicely answer my questions without me feeling stupid or judged (am a new DIY-er).They have so much stuff too that I’d love to learn more about on how to use and how to build or fix stuff which is cheaper than buying or asking a professional to do.Also love their easy return policy, no hassle at all! Highly recommended and would definitely be back. ☺️

Happy to see Mitre 10 have fully re-stocked their store since covid.I always find their staff helpful and eager to assist. No one shop can have everything you need, but they do a good job of trying to.
