Had my first visit here today. I was very impressed with the ease of making and changing a booking (forgot another appt and double booked myself the first time). Great to get an email and text reminders too. Melissa did a great job and I'm sure things sound clearer. She also has put me in for an appt reminder in the future. Awesome customer service and a great price too. Many thanks.

I am so impressed with Simple Ear Care. I had an appointment today and after checking my ears the lovely Melissa told me my ears were clear and I didn’t need any cleaning - AND she didn’t charge me anything. That is the sort of honesty that creates trust - I would 100% recommend Simple Ear Care (and they are very reasonably priced compared to other places… I checked before booking).
