Wagyu hotpot was great. Side dishes have no label though. A bit pricy compared to other buffet restaurants but overall worth the price. Unlimited drinks also a plus!

Great dinning experience! Staff was super friendly! Food was fresh and good quality! Yingying served us and she’s super sweet! Made us feel like home!

Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, Wagyu beef is very high quality， Feel so happy been serviced by Zinna and Ying Ying. everything is so tasty and well made. I found myself will keep coming back to this place over and over again.

High quality of food, and excellent customer service. The first time here, we didn't know how to order, the waitress Zoey provided brilliant service with patience and was gentle. The food was high quality which was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend to come.

Quite a hidden gem that reminds me of hotpot tiktok. Service was really good and our waitress Lumos was one of the highlights, she was attentive, cute and very eager to help.This is an all you can eat hotpot buffet, a bit pricey but the quality of beef, unlimited drinks and dishes that are made on demand by chefs that you can see in the open kitchen makes up for it.

Came here last night with a group of friends and when you walk into the place it feels like a ghost town. Quite dead. Kitchen itself looked like a ghost town too with hardly any chefs working. Like alot of other reviews about this place here, the buffet foods lack quantity.There’s only a ‘few’ pieces of everything in the budfet and doesnt look appealing but I think this is because they are catering for less customers and or hardly any chefs. The only thing good is the wagyu beef itself and unlimited fizzy drinks. Wagyu is very enjoyable to eat. Service is friendly. Kitchen appeared to close off at 8-830pm and we were kicked out At around 9:30pm even though their opening time states that they close at 11pm. We bought the $79/person hotpot deal but was definitely not worth the price considering how low the quantity the buffet foods were all the time and they were never topped up during the time we were thereI wouldn’t recommend coming here. I’d suggest going to other hotpots in south akl or south eastern areas. This place has some great potential but just needs some a bit of work

The food is great, the quality of the meat is one of the best around Auckland. Customer service is very good especially Zoey who did a great job serving us. Would highly recommend coming here to enjoy a good dinner.
