Jamie Mackintosh undertook a pre-purchase inspectionfor us in Kerikeri. He completed the task swiftly and expertly.His diligent work revealed serious issues with the Kerikeriproperty which had not been identified in a report povided by the vendors. He saved us tens of thousands of dollars and helped usdodge a bullet.

On the recommendation of my estate agent, I hired Jamie Mackintosh of Red LBP, Whangarei, to carry out an inspection of my property at Whangarei Heads before I put it on the market.On the 27th March 2023, Jamie carried out a very thorough in-depth inspection of my single level dwelling and half-acre section. To my surprise, on the 29th March I received his comprehensive 72-page report, complete with photographs.Jamie identified and commented on any concerns with the building and grounds, and provided suggestions and recommendations for action that could be taken. Fortunately, despite the age of the house, only minor work needed to be carried out. Once those concerns were addressed, Jamie amended his original report to include photos of the repairs and alterations made, along with his additional comments.Jamie provided a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service, and was very easy to deal with. He was an excellent communicator, both on the phone and via email. His inspection was totally professional, and his exhaustive report was prompt, meticulously detailed and beautifully written.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jamie.
