The team at Narellan were brilliant I highly recommend them. From the friendly sales staff which nothing was a problem to the installation team, who were so professional and friendly. The whole process was enjoyable. I decided on 2 water features which I love and they look and work perfectly. I'm so happy with my pool and will be recommending them to anyone I know looking to install a pool. Thanks Narellan for my dream pool.

We happily recommend the team at Narellan South Auckland. Gregg was awesome - happy to quote several options and variations to help us choose the right pool for our family, location and budget. Joanna in the office is so organised, double checks everything and sorted our R.C application quickly and with zero fuss. Blair and the installation team arrived on-time, as promised and installed the pool, had it filled and ready to use asap. All the guys on-site were polite and happy to help if we had any questions. We also appreciated being put in contact with the right people to get additional landscaping/ tiling / concreting etc done.If you are considering a pool and want great service with minimal stress - go with these guys. They find solutions and get the job done.

Highly Recommended using Blair & his Team, very communitive & clear from the start about what to expect start to finish. Also very helpful with putting you in touch with the right people to help you get the finishing touches you want which has transformed our back yard into a real summer oasis. Where do I start, about 2 years ago Blair and Gregg promptly came out to meet us to discuss installing a pool at our new home we were planning on building.One thing was clear with this team, They actually care and love what they do.Gregg's communication and willingness to answer the phone and check in at all hours of the day and night has been nothing but phenomenal. He really does go above and beyond. (Even offered to water our new grass over the Christmas break when he's passing)Joanna, knows her stuff when it comes to council and again actually cares about the product they produce and her Clients. Her communication is also 2nd to none.Blair - knows his stuff and has the install down to a fine art. All the staff that we have came into contact with, install team and the guys post install have been polite, on-time, willing to assist and again actually care!We can not speak highly enough of these guys and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.If you're thinking about a pool, don't look further as you will not beat this service.We are absolutely thrilled with the product and service!We couldn't be happier!
