Such beautiful service, smiles and may I say- the best brownie I’ve come across in a cafe! Well done! Beautifully done ☺️ also the coffee here is never burnt! It’s smooth and creamy.

Great coffee and good food matched with a great vibe. What a delicious eggs Benedict ,Fantastic and tasted exquisite. the service was extremely friendly and considerate. Staff has fantastic customer service skills, I really enjoy coming to this cafe!

Very rude wait staffAfter patiently waiting 10 minutes for my long black to go I approached a curly hair boy who looked to be around 18 doing the dishes, I kindly asked how long my coffee would be to which he replied with “Oi shut up and wait, you’re not special” I then tried explaining to him that I was only wondering how long the wait would be to which he then replied again saying “I don’t want to hear your excuses, go back and wait”. This experience has appalled me, I will not be coming back and strongly do not recommend this place for coffe

Staff do not smile, except for man that usually makes the coffee,he is only friendly staff member. 1 other person ordered a coffee before I ordered a toasted sandwich. The girl who started heating/toasting my sandwich then bundled up rubbish bags to take out, went off & took rubbish out, came back, didn't wash hands then continued on with removing my sandwich from press. After 20mins of waiting I finally got my toasted sandwich & cldnt believe the cheese still wasn't even melted. Only had 30mins for lunch break. Time before that was approx a month prior & toasted sandwich was heated in oven behind counter,again a long wait but as it was taken out of machine the tomato & cheese filling slid out onto floor & yet all I got was a oops and what was left was put in a bag and handed to me....no offer of can we heat another one for you etc etc.It's a shame as the man who does the coffees provides great friendly service and so does the lovely red-headed girl. Won't spend my money there again (threw in bin after I took photo). YUCK!

Terrible experience. The table was dirty so I asked for a cloth but was told the waitress will clean. She comes and flicked a dry cloth across the table and left crumbs behind. I showed her so she flicked it off. The cloth isn't wet to clean the table so she asked me to move table. I would like to sit here please so she cleaned the table after wetting the cloth. I brought 2 $4 biscuits they were thin and hard definitely not worth it however the cappuccino was delicious!

As the location is in a mall it isn't the best place to meet up for coffee and conversation, as it is quite noisy and shoppers pass by close to the tables. A shame the grill wasn't working as it restricted the menu a little. Staff were helpful in offering alternatives. Food was nice but the bread for my poached eggs was very hard and I struggled to cut it with the serrated knife supplied (which seemed sharp).

I went to Jamaica Blue in Hamilton this morning and ordered a milkshake. The lady taking my order looked like she didn't want to be at work and also could not show me any respect while taking my order. I waited and watched as others who were served after me get their orders then once I moved closer to where she was standing she decided to make milkshake. Now to me a milkshake is made with Milk, flavouring and ICE CREAM. NOT Ice. This was disgusting. How can they get away with making substandard product. I wasted $8 on a milky flavored water drink todayIf I could go half a star I would. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️
