Overall the finished renovation comes up to all our expectations. The finishes are recommended. The processes from start to finish needs tweaking e.g. When we first engaged with the project manager we explained what we wanted and the budget we had which was deemed achievable. After investing in plans, visits, permissions from the Council etc. the budget required went up by $100k on a $150k budget (new cost - $250k). After careful consideration we decided to proceed with the renovation works. A 10 week build eventually was completed after 15 weeks - with only a very small additional cost for out of scope works.

We approached Nick Leko for some advise in regards to where to actually start with getting the ball rolling - We were not sure the direction to take with renovating our home, selling as-is, doing minor aesthetic repairs, rebuilding and the like. Nick gave us a free consultation in which we discussed the possibilities; there was no pressure to go any particular way - he had some good ideas we had not considered before and showed his experience in the advise he gave. After our conversation we were a lot more clear in our minds of the path we are likely to take. We look forward to the next step!

We were looking to upgrade our wee home and the team came up with some amazing ideas, even when our ideas evolved. Very detailed and thorough conversations for things we needed to consider. Started with an ideal budget then the building costs skyrocketed due to the industry. Nick and his team are still able to design something we will be happy with, within budget.Though we’ve not gone ahead yet due to personal circumstances, we absolutely will be in the future.

Nick helped provide an initial site visit and consultation for our garage conversion. Fast and efficient service, great wealth of knowledge and really lovely to deal with, recommend to all!
